Blowin' in the Wind

Spring in Texas can be beautiful with flowering trees, wild flowers, mild temperatures and everything turning green. But the wind is also at its height in the Spring. For the last week, we have had 20-30 mile per hour sustained winds with gusts of close to 40 mph. You feel like the wind is beating you up when you go outside. And forget about your hair. No matter what kind of hairspray or mousse you put in it, it will just get blown around.

But if you're a kid, the wind can be a lot of fun.

Even the biggest head scarf won't keep your hair in place in this wind.

So you may as well just let the wind blow things around. You can't control it, so just go with it.
